Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive the guide?
The digital guide arrives instantly, in PDF format, within seconds after purchase. Google Map access is granted by hand within 24 hours, to ensure it is kept exclusive to customers.
Can it be printed?
Yes. The digital guide is laid out for a screen and prints well on A4.
How does the map work?
A Google Map, opened in its app or a browser, has every colour-coded daily route and the best food spots pinned. It needs a connection to load: once loaded and opened it works offline too.
Can I adjust the itinerary length?
Yes, it's easily customisable. Each guide provides enough information for you to tailor it for your travel style and pace. You may skip a stop, take longer breaks, or replace an activity with the additional suggestions included.
What if a place has closed?
Most spots were visited in person for the 2026 edition, some vouched for by locals, and the recommendations in the guide are kept up to date every 6 months. Places may still close: check before you go, and if you hit one send a note to hello@eatinero.com.
Are vegetarian options included?
Yes, the restaurant recommendation sections highlight which ones have vegetarian options available. There will be a clear remark in case a restaurant is particularly vegetarian friendly. With the restaurant links, you will also be able to check the menus on Google Maps.
Does the guide include kid-friendly recommendations for families?
No, at this time the guides do not include recommendations tailored specifically to families with kids. However, almost all the recommendations included are suitable for families too.
Are refunds possible?
No, due to the digital nature of the products that can be downloaded immediately. Once a guide is purchased the sale is final and a refund is not possible.
